  2. I take 360 mg of magnesium glycinate a night. It doesn’t help. I take l lysine. That doesn’t help. I ground 30min – 2 hrs. a day and I exercise daily it doesn’t help. I eat super clean, and it doesn’t help. I am allergic lavender so I can’t put it on me, but I have used in diffuser, and it doesn’t help. I am in menopause, and I used to sleep 12 hrs. a day and for the past 4 yrs, I sleep 4 hours if that. I have tried every tea and everything out there and nothing helps. I refuse to take melatonin or sleep aids because neither of them is good long term. I prefer natural over synthetic. Does anyone find anything useful?
