Please do more in-depth videos on acne. My 23-year-old daughter developed an acne infection on her cheeks from wearing masks during this pandemic.
Also there are dark spots that don’t seem to fade.
The dermatologist prescribed antibiotics & facial cream meds, which she has been on for a couple of months.
Her skin has become less inflamed, but it hasn’t disappeared & it has taken a toll on her self-esteem. I’m concerned about these medications on her gut health.
Would you suggest any dietary changes, natural skin care regimens, or supplements, etc?
Also is there a safe alternative for foundation makeup?
