This is no help for us that cant get to sleep.
I get plenty of light working during the day and exercise. Try to go to sleep at the same time and pitch dark. But still can’t sleep. Lol
I’m mad now it does not work .it might get you to sleep for an hour then you wake up all night…sleep properly he thinks he is a doctor..insomnia is different
