Golden Milk Turmeric Recipe:

1 cup whole cow’s milk (or non dairy milk)
1 tsp ground turmeric
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp coconut oil
Pinch freshly ground black pepper
1/2 tsp raw honey

    Its very effective just ensure honey is added only after turning off the flame or preferably avoid honey

  2. Wow I am from south Indian and this is what we drink daily during our childhood, it’s originated from Ayurvedic and for the facts it may seems like a medicine but it’s just s casual food in south indian during ancient time
